1. Overview
At Morocco Tours VIP, we understand that travel plans can change. We have designed our cancellation and refund policy to be as fair and flexible as possible while allowing us to plan and deliver exceptional experiences for all our guests.
This policy applies to all tours, excursions, and transfer services booked directly with Morocco Tours VIP — whether through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other direct booking channel. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Schedule & Refunds
The following cancellation schedule applies to standard tours and day trips. The refund amount is calculated based on the time of your cancellation notice relative to the scheduled tour departure date:

For multi-day tours (2 days or more), different cancellation terms may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.
For Multi-Day Tour packages:
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us through one of the following channels and provide your booking reference number / name and the reason for cancellation:

Confirmation of Cancellation
Our team will confirm your cancellation request and inform you of the applicable refund amount based on the cancellation schedule.
Refund Processing
Once confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Important: The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your request in writing (WhatsApp or email), not by when you attempt to contact us. Please ensure you receive a written confirmation from our team.
4. Refund Processing
Once your cancellation has been confirmed and the refund amount determined, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You may be asked to provide your bank account details.
- Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be issued via bank transfer to an account you provide.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your PayPal account.
Morocco Tours VIP does not charge cancellation administration fees. However, any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations
Morocco's climate is generally excellent for outdoor activities, but occasionally extreme weather conditions may prevent us from safely operating a tour. In such cases:
- If we cancel a tour due to dangerous weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or a free opportunity to reschedule at no extra charge.
- Rain, wind, or overcast skies that do not endanger the safety of the tour are not considered valid grounds for a weather-related cancellation.
- Sandstorms, flash floods, or other extreme meteorological events that pose a genuine safety risk are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you as soon as possible if a tour needs to be modified or cancelled for safety reasons.
6. Rescheduling
We understand that plans change! We are happy to reschedule your tour subject to availability:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the tour are accepted free of charge.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the tour may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the booking value.
- A tour can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times for the same booking.
- The new tour date must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
To request a reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and preferred new date(s).
7. No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a participant fails to appear at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time without prior notification.
In the case of a no-show, no refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be forfeited. If you anticipate being unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your options.
If you are running late, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our guides will wait up to 15 minutes past the agreed departure time before the tour begins without you.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorist threats, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or acts of God — we reserve the right to cancel or substantially modify a tour.
In such cases, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible through the contact details provided at the time of booking
- Offer you a full credit note valid for 18 months, or
- Provide a full or partial refund at our discretion, taking into account any unrecoverable costs already incurred
Morocco Tours VIP shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants (such as flights or accommodation) in the event of a force majeure cancellation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
